Valuations & Rare Acquisitions
Hobbyist / Collector
My "One of a Kind" acquisition, published in Car Action Magazine 2/94. With a hand written note from the seller the "Bruised Banana". I began collecting back in the late 1970's when I purchased my first R/C Car. It was a Jeroby on-road 1/12 scale car with a built in four cell batter, wiper type speed control and a basic 2 channel Radio. I paid $200us, that is about $920 today for a very simple, moderate quality model that ran for about 8 minutes before needed a recharge. Since then I have collected more than 50 cars, trucks, boats and my favorites, Helicopters.

An essential authority for serious collectors. The provenance, research and technical valuation on vintage Tamiya kits are done with pride and care.
Acquired my first Tamiya Kit, a new Blackfoot and I was impressed with the quality and engineering of the kit back in the early 1980's, and supplied parts and kits since then
